The art and culture of the Pharaohs are one of the roots of our self-understanding. Egypt is everywhere, its message is direct. With the help of symbolism the old Egyptians tried to express their conceptions of the world, how it came into being what forces keep the cycle of the life going and what fate expects humans after death.

The message of the symbols, which appears enticing and mysterious, arouses our curiosity, inspires our imagination and urges to be decoded by us. Beyond the materials value, gold and silver had a religious meaning

As amulet and lucky charm the symbols appear also in my work: From the character of the planet "Jupiter" and the symbol of life "Ankh" up to the Signs of the Zodiac and the "Orrery" based on the copernican system.
